How important it is to get up and go to bed early to be successful

Is it so important to get up when the streets open? Well, let’s see, it depends. The word “success” is a very relative thing because it doesn’t necessarily mean making a lot of money and stuff like that.

In my professional and personal path, getting up early has been a key to being where I am.

It has given me time for myself that allows me to take care of my mental health.
It gives me time for sports before starting the day.
It allows me to learn when others are sleeping.
This is just a brief selection of the advantages.

Then I also think that the context matters

I have a family, three children, married, a soccer coach, entrepreneur, consultant, etc.
