Superhostess ekaterina zhukova: “the guests who come are great, you need to know this and love people”

Sutochno.ru continues to tell about landlords. Our partners from Russia and neighboring countries share how they came to daily rent, received good reviews, and along with them the status of superhost

From travel to daily rent

– Ekaterina, how did you get into daily rentals? Is this your main activity?

– I have been renting out sweden telegram data  apartments daily for about 5 years. It all started with my big trip in April 2019. To go on it, I left the banking sector, where I had worked for a long time, and renovated my apartment. During the trip, I rented out my living space daily through a company.

When I came back, I decided to take up the baton and continued to do daily rentals on my own. I wanted to increase my income, and overall it was clear how everything was going. I missed the interaction with people that I lost when I left the company. That’s how it all started.

– Are the facilities on Golovinskoye Shosse and Shabolovka currently being commissioned? Can you tell us more about them?

– Shabolovka-loft is located Emily jones human resources manager  in the central district, in a constructivist building. It is a monument to the environment. I like such buildings, so I chose an apartment in such a place.

The second apartment is in a fundamentally different location – on Golovinskoe Shosse. A new city is already growing here, large high-rise complexes are appearing. My former colleagues had an apartment with renovations in one of them. They themselves do not live in Moscow and therefore entrusted me with the management.

The objects are polar. The first apartment is quite decorative, careless in a good sense. And the second one is more minimalistic, spacious and technological.

Apartments for remote work and soul in times of uncertainty

– At the same time, both properties Home search engine optimization mails  mention remote work. Do you know how often guests work in your apartments?

– In the last 5 years, there was Covid, the beginning of the Second World War, mobilization. In general, those circumstances that locked people at home. Then, of course, I was very worried about how everything would be booked. Fortunately, there was space in the apartments to set up a workstation. I quickly emphasized this by indicating remote work in the ads. When the Covid lockdown was in effect, a girl came to me and lived there for about 2 months. It was a moment of uncertainty, and such a booking restored confidence in the demand for apartments.

The loft has a full-fledged workspace, a comfortable chair, and a window next to the table. The apartment at Vodny Stadion is different, where it is more comfortable to sit on a wide windowsill with a laptop. This is a more relaxed position, but you can also work here or sit at the dining table.

– Ekaterina, how do you evaluate competitors in Moscow? After all, there are many objects in the capital. Are there any among them that you look up to?

– Of course, I always look around at my neighbors. I see who is nearby, how they are developing and filling their calendars, I see new participants. You know, I have to say that there are very interesting and beautiful spaces. There are owners that I like, even though we don’t know each other. You can tell from the design and tone of the description that these are nice people. There are more objects now, and that’s great.

I sometimes worry, but my calendar is very full. Sometimes I allow myself to rhythmically adjust the price upwards, and people still come. The apartments remain interesting for guests. They are initially so, and there is good linen, a pleasant atmosphere, smells, guests note this. I think that thanks to the fact that people write about this, the properties are held in good esteem. That is why new guests come, and old ones come. This convinces me of the truth of the saying: “Competition does not really exist.”
